Nutrition is such an important part of the coaching process. Exercise alone, without proper and effective nutrition, doesn't really work that well. Most people we work with are coming in because they either want to lose weight or build muscle.
Research has shown that individuals that make no changes with their diet and either stay sedentary or undergo physical activity over a 12 week period reflect very little difference in weight loss between the two groups (1-1.5 lb difference in weight loss from active to sedentary individuals). That is something we need to address and change.
