These are crucial years in the development of athleticism, as science has proven it can take up to 10 years of proper training to fully develop an athlete. As a youth athlete, the body is ready for new information and ready to learn new movement patterns. Athletes in our Semi-Private Training Program will learn and train for movement and overall athleticism in a fun, positive and high-success environment.
Athletes will progress to develop more advanced neuromuscular movement and strength performance patterns and apply those learning's towards athletic skill application.
Building on the foundations developed in our program and through our progressions, we aim to fine tune technique and bring together the final pieces to build the total and complete athlete. In essence, each athlete is optimized according to their biggest areas of improvement specific to their sport and position in their sport.
